We accept returns on non-personalised items, as long as they’re returned to us (at your own cost) in a new & unused condition.

Any items that have been personalised in any way are not eligible for return, unless damaged or incorrectly personalised (by us).

We’ll confirm the return and provide you with our return address.

To return an unwanted item, you must request to return the item within 14 days of receipt, and return the item to us within the next 14 days.
We'll then process a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
