This offer is not available on certain 'promotions', for example our Fiver Friday offer.

We send all free delivery orders via either Royal Mail 2nd Class (Greeting Cards) or Royal Mail 48 (All other items).

Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of our control as to when it is delivered.

Royal Mail aim to deliver:
Royal Mail 2nd Class within 3-5 working days
Royal Mail 48 within 2-3 working days.

We are not responsible for any delays faced by Royal Mail, and Royal Mail kindly ask you wait 10 working days until contacting them to file a lost mail claim.

All orders upgraded to 1st class will be sent via either Royal Mail 1st Class (Greeting Cards) or Royal Mail 24 (All other items).

All orders upgraded to Special delivery will arrive the next working day after dispatch, where possible we'll also aim to process these within 1 working day.

Royal Mail guarantee that your order will arrive by 1pm on the day of delivery.

Special Delivery orders will require a signature to accept the delivery.

Please ensure somebody will be available to accept and sign for the order.
Special Delivery items cannot be left with a neighbour or in your 'safe place'.

Your order will be fully tracked and you will receive a unique tracking reference number once the order has been dispatched.

If nobody is available to accept & sign for the Special Delivery item, it will be taken back to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, where
they will either try to redeliver the following day or you may be asked to reschedule the delivery or collect the item from the Delivery Office.

Any orders posted via 2nd / 1st class do not have any tracking.

Orders sent via RM24 or RM48 include delivery confirmation only. The tracking number will only update once delivery has been made or an attempted.

All orders sent via Special Delivery include a tracking number with full tracking details.

All Greeting Cards will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 7-21 working days after dispatch.
No tracking information will be available.

All other items will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 7-21 working days after dispatch.
Full tracking information will be available subject to the service offered in the destination country.
